We use the contact form details to reply to you, arrange a visit, and prepare a quote. We use the visit data to see which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it on except where we need to in order to reply to you or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are dealing with your request, and afterwards as part of our normal business records. You can ask us to delete an enquiry if we no longer need it. Analytics data is held by Google under their own retention settings.
