Commercial CCTV installation in Coventry
We specialise in commercial CCTV systems for Coventry's factories, warehouses, offices, shops and education buildings. Choose a self-monitored system you check from your phone, or have your cameras monitored through our EMCS monitoring station. Either way, you get footage that actually shows what happened, from a fire and security company that designs, installs and maintains the system itself.
- Free site survey, no obligation
- NSI approved for CCTV
- Enhanced DBS checked engineers
- Out-of-hours fault cover on maintenance contracts

Built for a city that makes and moves things
Coventry still makes things. Engineering works, automotive suppliers, distribution sheds and trade counters sit right across the city, from Binley and Whitley to Tile Hill, Longford and the sites out towards Ansty Park and Keresley. Those buildings have the same problems: big perimeters, yards full of vehicles and stock, high-value tools, and shifts that run when the office is empty.
A good CCTV system for that kind of site does three things:
- Covers the edges. Gates, fence lines, loading bays and yards, with infrared so the picture still works after dark.
- Logs vehicles. ANPR (number plate recognition) at the gate, so you know which vehicles came and went, and when.
- Tells someone. Motion alerts to your phone if you watch it yourself, or trained operators at our EMCS monitoring station who act on what the cameras see when you're not watching.
Self-monitored or monitored: you choose
- Self-monitored. You and your managers see live and recorded footage on your phone, tablet or computer, with alerts sent straight to you. Good for sites where someone is always on call.
- Monitored through our EMCS monitoring station. Your cameras link to our EMCS monitoring station, so trained operators respond when you're not on site. Good for yards, empty units and sites that close overnight. See alarm monitoring.
We'll talk through which suits your site, your shift pattern and your insurer on the free site survey.
Is your current CCTV pulling its weight?
These are the things we hear most from businesses about the cameras they already have:
- "We had a break-in and the footage was useless." Grainy images, or cameras pointing at the wrong thing.
- "The recorder stopped weeks ago and nobody noticed."
- "I can't see anything unless I drive to site."
- "The company that fitted it doesn't answer any more."
If any of those sound familiar, it's fixable. We'll tell you plainly what can be kept, such as cabling or some cameras, and what needs replacing.
CCTV for Coventry businesses
Factories and engineering works
Cameras over production areas, stores, tool cribs and goods-in, planned around machinery and shift changes. Where you charge batteries, e-bikes or electric plant, we can add thermal cameras that give early warning of heat build-up as an extra layer on top of your fire detection (not a replacement for it), with normal recording and two-way audio too.
Warehouses, logistics and trade counters
Wide-area cameras for yards and loading bays, ANPR on the gate, and clear coverage of trade counters and cash points. See fire and security for warehouses and industrial sites.
Offices and business parks
For offices around Friargate and the city centre, and on business parks such as Westwood and Coventry Business Park, we cover receptions, entrances, car parks and bike stores, and link cameras to access control so you can see who's at the door before you let them in. That can include fingerprint readers, phone-based access, video intercoms and remotely managed access control. See access control and door entry.
City-centre shops, restaurants and venues
Shops and hospitality in and around the precincts need cameras on tills, stockrooms and entrances, and footage you can pull off quickly when the police or your insurer ask for it.
Buildings around the universities
Coventry has two universities and a big student population. Owners and managing agents of commercial buildings, cafés, shops and venues near campus often want better coverage of entrances, bike stores and late-night trading. (Commercial premises only: we don't fit CCTV in private homes or flats.)

How it works
- Free site survey. We walk the site with you and agree what each camera needs to see. Short, non-invasive, no hard sell.
- Clear proposal. Camera positions, recording and storage, and costs, in writing.
- Install and commission. Our team fits and tests everything, sets up remote viewing and shows your staff how to use it. We plan noisy or disruptive work around your production and opening hours.
- Looked after. Routine maintenance keeps cameras clean, aimed and recording, with records in your customer portal.
CCTV and UK GDPR
Business CCTV records personal data. We set systems up with that in mind: cameras aimed at your property, clear signs, secure password-protected recording and remote access, and footage you can find and export quickly if someone asks for it. You may need to pay the ICO data protection fee, and you stay responsible for how footage is used, so check the ICO's guidance for your situation.
Fire and security from one team
Most Coventry sites need more than cameras. We also look after fire alarms in Coventry, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, intruder alarms and access control. One company, one portal, one number to call.
